Flexible Hose Deployment in Power Battery Factory HVAC System – Zhejiang Guanyu Project

Project Highlights:

Zhejiang Guanyu’s Phase I facility houses seven advanced production lines, an R&D lab, and office spaces. To ensure HVAC stability, they integrated Songjiangflex stainless steel flexible hoses into the system design.
System Requirements:

Due to the presence of sensitive battery manufacturing processes, the facility required quiet and stable airflow. Any mechanical vibration could affect precision operations or lead to long-term equipment wear. We proposed a solution using vibration-dampening metal hoses for each fan coil unit.

Design Considerations:

The hoses provided multiple levels of mechanical decoupling between hard piping and vibrating equipment. Their pressure capacity exceeded 2.0 MPa, and the stainless steel braid covering provided excellent resistance to wear and burst.
Customer Feedback:

Guanyu’s engineering team reported significant improvement in pipeline durability and reduced noise during operation. The installation process was smooth due to the pre-assembled nature of the hoses. We also offered onsite support and installation guidance.
